Edradour-Signatory Nosing & Tasting

Nosing & Tasting of whiskies from Edradour and independent bottler Signatory, both owned by the Scotsman Andrew Symington. Edradour is still one of the few distilleries owned by a real Scotsman. The distillery has long been the smallest in Scotland. In the meantime, a number of new distilleries have started that are smaller. It is also the most visited. Edradour recently expanded production by reconstructing a copy of the old distillery. This is to make sure that the new stills will produce the same spirit as the old ones. This new distillery is close to the original. Whisky is still distilled in the traditional way.
