Visit to Edradour distillery

In October 2019 I again visited my favourite distillery. You can still see the old-fashioned craftsmanship in this beautiful small distillery. The last time I was there, Andrew Symington, the owner, told me that he was planning to build a second distillery next to the existing one. This in order to cope with the increasing demand for Edradour. Interested in this second Edradour distillery it was time for a visit again. This second distillery is in everything a copy of the old one, only it has a somewhat industrial atmosphere inside. See the added photos for this. The second distillery allows a double production. A nice piece of work. Take the bottling plant and the new warehouses into regard, then you can safely say that Andrew has achieved an impressive expansion.
